Coventry is an historic city with a rich and diverse history, situated in the heart of the country. It is known for its medieval Coventry Cathedral which was left in ruins after WWII bombing and also home to an unfortified Manor House and St Mary’s Guildhall, the finest medieval guildhall in the country.
The city is home to a range of venues - from idyllic outdoor spaces to regal rooms draped with history - so you're sure to find the perfect place for your special day.
With bespoke ceremony co-ordinators on hand to guide you through every step of the way, helpful Register Office teams and even easy to manage personalised stationery packages, Coventry can't wait to welcome you for your ceremony, from weddings to naming days, commitment celebrations and civil partnerships - we can host it all.
Apart from the place being beautiful and truly medieval, the staff are the most welcoming heartwarming people you could ever meet. They give you the feel of a truly expensive wedding on the smallest of budgets. We felt welcome from the day we arrived to show an interest to the day we had our wedding. Never let this place go!
My now husband and I travelled from Preston to marry in the Black Prince Room after finding the registry office online. We were sceptical having not seen the building in person but we were definitely not let down. The staff were as wonderful as the venue and made it very easy for what is deemed a stressful day. The building is beyond words and has to be seen to be truly appreciated. Thank you again for a lovely day.
Mr & Mrs Melling
My husband and I married here last week. Everything was done via email as we live quite far away, but wanted a central venue for family and friends to get to. Claire and Kasia were fab from the start, and we did get to pop in the day before to check everything was ok. The room is beautiful, and the grounds perfect for taking photos. And thank you ladies for get a photo of the back of my dress, I think it’s the only one!! Would fully recommend to make your day extra special, thank you so much
